As women, care-taking comes naturally to us. We care for our husbands, our children, our parents, our coworkers, etc.. At the end of the day, there just isn't any energy left for us.
That's why it is critical that we carve out a little bit of time for ourselves to recharge our batteries and refill our cups.
You will be greeted with massage upon arrival. In order to truly appreciate the retreat, we recommend starting with a massage to help you let go of stress from business and life.
Meditation comes in a variety of forms. Learn the power of meditation and how to seamlessly incorporate it into your daily routine.
What we put in our bodies is important. During this retreat you will be nourished physically by thoughtfully curated meals created by a professionally trained French Chef.
On Saturday night, you will be literally wined and dined! You will be treated to a four-course meal with a wine pairing! You will be able to ask all the questions you ever had around wine.
Our sense of smell is directly tied to our emotional centers. During the retreat, you will create a personalized scent, designed to support you after the retreat.
So much of the retreat focuses on physical, emotional, and spiritual growth and relaxation but we have programs built into the retreat to support your mental growth as well.
Yoga gives us a chance to connect back in with our bodies. To show some love to our muscles and joints that work so hard to support us as we go about our busy lives.
Singing bowls and other instruments create sounds and frequencies to restore and re-center our energy. It is relaxing and rejuvenating.
When was the last time you had your photo taken and you loved the result? At this retreat, you will have professional photos taken at the beach at sunset.
We have space for 10 women at this retreat.
Arrive at noon on Friday, September 13 until 4 pm on Sunday, September 15.

Pascale Atallah is a public speaker, workshop facilitator, and empowering mentor for those on a journey of self-discovery.
